Any owners considering renting out their homes on a 1 year or longer lease?

My boyfriend and I are hoping to rent a house in this area while his house is on market in Cookeville.  Hoping someone will consider renting a property that has possibly been on market too long?  References and background checks are welcomed.  He is 54 and has been ( and is currently) employed by TTU for over 15 years.  I am 48 have been at Shiroki for 6. We are willing to pay $550 a month and would be good property caretakers-inside and out.

Tony, since the poster specifically asked for help you might consider contacting her through the profile page with the "contact" button under the photo if you might have a property available. That will send an email through the Zillow system to her so she can reply. 

Sometimes it is hard to find discussion on the board unless you see the reply right away or you remembered to check the box to have the reply emailed to you.
