Leo,
The majority of my business comes from real estate investors, and commercial property buyers. Many of these investors are consistently seeking out new JV Partners and private money partners.
I think there can be a great opportunity for my investors to partner up with your investors.
Email or call me to discuss further.

Debra, thanks for the heads up. I typically consider spam to be an UN-solicited message rather than a direct response to an individual's question with a direct way to contact me to discuss doing business personally.
However, after reading through the Good Neighbor Policy again, I realize you are right about Zillow's policy. Very silly policy in a networking forum where people are soliciting advice and business connection with each other.
Thanks for notifying me though so I don't get flagged on all my legitimate comments though... I always end a message with my contact information in business.

Kevin - not to worry, zillow will leave the comments, but just delete the "spammy" part (ie: contact information).
Their feeling is that anyone can click on your profile and be able to contact you if they want........
On the other side of the fence.......there's....Trulia, which has a very lenient policy regarding spam.....they allow anything - including a 10 line signature (offering everything but your shoe size), even if the response was only a 1 liner...that said "call me, call me"!

Gotchya. I'm not seeing a way to go back and edit my previous comment to modify it.

Hi Kevin: Thanks for listening to Debra's comments. If you have all your contact information in your profile, you can simply say "click on the my picture to pull up contact information" (or something similar). As a consumer I enjoy reading Zillow's advice boards because they aren't littered with contact information and self promotion.

to be fair to Kevin - zillow also needs to edit the OP's question, as it contains the email address!

You need to be familiar with the their mentality, culture and style of living. Just sold a mansion on Long Island, N Y to a Chinese investor for over $10M. In contract and closed in 10 days.
