Truly remarkable how these are the only threads that get consistently dug up...I don't believe in coincidence..The fact that they go to this length to clear their name speaks volumes....and if it is a coincidence we need Pasa to look into what the statistical odds are of it being a coincidence!

Aim has competetive rates. Hunter Financial has the same rates if not a little better, but they have faster turn around times. I shopped around for my parents, and they were the best I could find in California.

Thanks Tammy......and especially for spending time on the phone with me. Very helpful. I'm sorry If I offended anyone..........not the intention, but now I am unsure about Aimloan, and am in contact with someone else, thanks to Tammy, so hopefully no hard feelings. The being accused of working for Aimloan got under my skin, but Tammy explained where that can come from, and I do understand that as well.

Ok Guys/Gals,
The poster is a real, genuine, consumer. Not an employee of AIM. He called me and we spoke and he is the real thing.

acilla- please post your rate request and we will gladly quote it.
You keep asking the same question, so to an outsider, or even an insider, you seem as if you are fishing for something. Not sure what, but as stated below, 90% of what I have heard about aim is bad.

Larry, you don't like my question.....move on. I'm a guy in northern calif looking to not get screwed like I did with Citimortgage, so mind your own business.
prfstrkr.......major reason for what????? You going to tell me the same thing you did yeterday? Look at the post I made today with that question and explain that to me.
Tammy, what is so bad about them....please explain. Can you beat them. Give me a quote if you can. I'm all ears.

This is getting ridiculous. It doesn't look good for AIM anyhow, because no one really has anything good to say about them.

Why do you keep asking this question over and over. I am starting to feel like you are from Aimloans. Enough already, if you like the deal as you have asked numerous times then take it.
Maybe it's time to ask Zillow to check your IP address and see what is up.

Any reason not to use Aimloan for a refinance? Anyone here used them?
