Not really worth it from what I've seen. I think there are more of us on here than anyone else.
1,082 w/1 click.
1,087 w/4 clicks.
Clearly my ads are being looked at I just wish people would click on the website & emails I listed.

Have you considered redesigning your website? It could help, the colors arent the most appealing right now. Just a suggestion.

There is a story behind that...however, it has nothing to do with our site itself. It is getting the interest from zillow to the site. With the amount of views I have I would have thought there would be more interest than that.
The person who posted above this one has clicks/and views similar to mine thus corroborating this theory.

I think Zillow is on the right track. I have been using the Zillow Ads to advertise listings locally and in other areas. I've been averaging about a 10% click rate, which is what I would expect if you compare to other click advertising. And...it is very easy to set up, modify, and use.
I like it.

I got a buyer from it! My business doesn't really depend on advertising so it was just frosting. I wouldn't count on it happening again though.

Oops! I should also let you know it was just from answering questions on the discussions or accidental browsing. I didn't buy any ads or anything... never do.

The idea of getting people to click your ad is great. but remember it should have a call to action to get them to call you or go to your website. Then on your website there should be another call to action.

I just signed up today.. I'm testing it with a $10 investment for 1,000 clicks in just one zip code. I'll post back in a week with the results.
Speaking very generally, the Realtor ads that seem to get the highest click-through are ads for homes - either listed or "just sold." Remember that you can change your EZ Ad's copy and image at any time - so, you can try a few different designs if you think response could be better.

Thanks! Let us know how it goes.
Robert Stern -
Agreed - rather than just relying on having your website convert visitors to callers, you should put your phone number in the EZ Ad - and / or use the e-mail feature - both are more direct calls to action.

I am Curious as well. It seems that they give you Little Room to Create your ad Except for one or two lines along with your photo.
Anyone else had better luck with creating a More detailed Ad?

Okay - Here is my report as promised:
1000 views = 6 clicks
I also have a few other ads running - One is in a different zip code and the other is a property ad.
Property ad - 927 views = 16 clicks
Agent ad (same zip as property ad above): 942 views = 6 clicks
So far, no direct contact from the ads. I'll probably keep running them, especially the property ad since it does have the most clicks.
Happy selling!!

Wow is right, good for you Billy! I've had some clicks but only one phone call. My ad is new so I still have hope! I think it's a great value for the exposure. I'm sure you all know how many people (potential clients) check out homes on Zillow.

Have not tried the ads as I'm not selling...
BUT, without any ads, Zillow was returning over 700 page views per hour for my house on one day last week.
I still don't know what caused it. Ever since the questions and pictures, I have been averaging a little over 400 page views a day.
I'm still convinced creativity works better than a paid service.

I've been running the ads for several months, for property & branding, I have had a few people tell me they saw it (this is a small town), I hope down the line it will transfer to leads, listings, buyers. Fairly cheap and easy to set up, no big commitment. I am happy with it.

Any success on Zillow EZ Ads?
