Any way to manually select comps?

The comps Zillow suggests in the My Estimator tool aren't very comparable -- is there any way to type in the address to manually select a comparable home?

I would like this feature as well. There are several houses in our neighborhood that are have the same floor plan as mine. I'd like to be able to select these as comparable.
