Anybody know of a tool/site that will allow me to seach multi-families with at least 3 units+?

Most multi-families listed are 2 unites, and I'm only interested in 3 or more.  I haven't found a tool or site that will adjust for the number of units, thanks.  I am in North NJ and am interested in Bergen and Hudson counties.
