Mr. Rogan. your scare tactics will not work on Zillow. There are numerous complaints about thetopagent.com and monolith media not delivering services as promised to hard working agents. I personally find your threats offensive.
You are posting under an assumed name and information on your profile. Not a reputable thing to do. Your company makes promises, yet I find it interesting that you post job postings and apparently also run a "work from home" business.
I would tell any agents that have been dealt with this website to file a complaint with the State Attorney General. I have read that agents have complaints filed in Florida and Nevada. If you have been scammed, please take action and add your voice to the chorus. Let the law sort it out.

Nick Rogan, there are many of us agents that liked your marketing concept enough to buy into the program and become your paying clients. Your clients are requesting that you stand behind your claims to advertise and generate quality leads.
You claim that people have tried to hurt you...all that I've seen in the complaints is that not one agent complaining has seen a TV ad for your product. These are agents from across the country...and you claim to be running 600+ ads per month. Where and when have you advertised?
In addition, not one of these complaining 'clients' of yours has gotten a legitimate lead from your program...curious isn't it?
If your program is so upstanding, why don't you respond to the Better Business Bureau complaints filed against you...provide some proof that you are indeed performing as you claim.
Finally, there is a complaint filed with the NC Attorney Generals office headed in your direction. If you are performing, as you claim, provide them with some proof.
We are not out to 'hurt' you, we just want you to provide what we paid hard-earned money for. If you can't provide that, provide us with refunds.

Nick, if you're legitimate, show us the proof. A legitimate company would have nothing to hide. You've had this program supposedly in place for well over a year...where are the TV ads? Has anyone ever seen an ad?

Nick Rogan said he was going to give me something for free when I paid
2000.00 for nothing. He kept me on the phone for an hour doing"damage control" as he called it. I decided not to repost my ad with him for "free"
(if I removed my comments from Zillow) which I felt was morally wrong. I wish someone would have given me some input on this company. Now the name is changing, as I am sure it has before as well.

This is Nick Rogan owner of The Top Agent.Com all internet info which is negative is false. We do run TV ads our clients get updates and we our suing any and all who have tried to hurt us in anyway. My line is 702-882-7289 if you have any questions. Sad that people use the internet to hurt others but we our currently working on new TV ads and our not associated with Monolith Media we actually our under sale with ATA INC. Which will play more commercials and make the Agents who do and have signed up with us nationally noticed and we anticipate very profitable. And on this post Alice Fuller started all bad postings and was refunded. Tracey was going to be given extended time free but failed to do her end. Audrelyn Rojas is in criminal trouble. Any agent gets commercials played. One Agent Ms Fuller started this and when this company sells we will make sure any agent is out of business who have lied! That's what these our lies!

I agree! I have talked with many agents who have spent lots of money and received zero leads including myself.

Thank you so much for posting this. I just met up with a "rep" from this company today and was supposed to meet her tomorrow with a money order made out to her. Glad I did my research! As a new agent this would have been a financial hardship for me. May the Lord Jesus bless you

Agents, I suggest going to the BBB-Nevada Website & fill out a complaint against this company. As of right now they have 3 complaints but not enough to start an investigation. If more agents complain maybe we can stop this company from selling us TV advertising that doesn't exist.

I feel like a dummy, I spent $6600 with them. There has got to be something we can do!

That's terrible--no consumer affairs division for the whole state! I am glad to hear that you filed a BBB complaint and that you are warning others. It is really nice of you to take the time to tell other agents and I am sure that it will help them avoid these scammers.

We contacted the Nevada Attorney General's office & was informed that the Consumer Affairs Division & its administrative duties have been temporarily eliminated & is no longer able to accept or process individual complaints. They suggested that we hire a Nevada attorney to represent us. In the meantime, we filed a complaint with the BBB in Nevada.

Thanks for letting people know. I am so sorry to hear that they did not do what they promised. Do you know who owns the company or what state they operate out of? Their website says Nevada Maybe the Nevada Attorney General can do something to help.

I have talked with 10 to 15 agents who were scammed by this company including
myself. We need to put this man out of business. I just received a call from an emplyee who wanted to sell me the product. DO NOT waste your money!
