Anyone desparate to sell a house in Southeast michigan?

I have cash and will buy your house if the price is right.  Give me the mls number and your lowest price you will take and I will review your house and if I like it I will schedule an appointment with my real estate agent and am prepared to buy as my primary residence.  I am looking for a deal and am looking for someone who absolutely must sell.
