Generally speaking, and there is a lot of variation depending on how you finish the home, the average cost of an average home is between $200 - $400 per square foot. The rate of $200 per square foot is a number usually associated with the simplest of construction, and then the price per square foot goes up from there.

Hi smiledocs,
Alot of your square footage price depends on what type of finishes you are looking for, ie. stucco vs lapsiding, travertine floors versus pergo, etc.. if you have any specific questions I would be happy to help- Cindy from Betsill Brothers Construction- Kihei. Aloha,

Aloha Smiledocs,
I imagine your plans are already ready by now. Who is doing your construction? Hopefully I can help give you an estimate.
