If you are looking for a agent that can help you in Rancho Cucamonga I work and live in that area.  Contact me via my zillow profile and I will be glad to help you with the area rental rates.

You can find the fair market rent through HUD here, but they are not always in line with the marketplace so check other sites like craigslist or Zillow or rentometer to check possible rents for similar properties. Hope it helps.

Why don't you just try a rent search on this site?  And why don't you check out the "rent Zestimate" for the homes?

(True, this is "advertised rent" that provides most of the numbers; not "existing rent rates for long term renters".  You can also check the U.S. Census numbers; census.gov if you want what people are paying in rent by census block group; but this is only updated every 10 years and the 2010 numbers are not released yet; but should be released this summer).
