Since this involves active listings, I would suggest that you just take down the listings that are under your old account so that you can take over them using your new one.
To do this, log in to your old account and go to the home details page of each listing in question. Then, click on Edit Status next to the listing price.
After you've successfully taken down each listings in your old account, log in to your new one, go to the home details page of the listings from the old account, and post them for sale again.
