Anyone looking for a townhouse in Lexington??

I'm trying to move out of state, but cannot until my townhouse is sold. If anyone perusing this is interested, it's listed at http://www.forsalebyowner.com/listing/3A736. Unfortunately, I'm getting the feeling the Lexington housing market is in a complete slump at the moment. I'm keeping my fingers crossed I can sell by winter. Anyone have any advice for a FSBO seller in this town?

Have you considered listing with a Realtor?  The exposure your listing would receive from the MLS would be substantial, especially if you are on a tight time frame to move.  A Realtor could also help you keep an eye on the property if you have to move before your house is sold.
