Anyone signing up for Realestate.com after merger with activerain?

I got a call from activerain saying they are selling market shares in San Diego after they recently acquired Realestate.com. Sounds interesting to get in on the ground floor and reasonably cheap if you consider what it may become. I wish i would have done the same with zillow.com. Any thoughts?

It is going live in February. The setup fee is $99 and the price varies but was $250/mo in my city. You cannot judge the site by the current traffic as it will be completely re-designed.
