Google that area you live in as the others have suggested to find a local agent - they will do this at no cost. If you dont want to do that I would be happy to share what I can with basic information that will apply towards "most" homes - my number is on my web site www.DerrickMonroe.com and you can call me from there. Lisa said it best that kitchens and baths are always the best place but you can overbuild for your area thats where a "local agent" would be best to ask but again my number is on my site if you want. Hope that helps.

You can contact any reputable agent to do a No cost CMA. This will give you an idea of what your house is worth now. And in doing this you can ask the agent the questions you might have.
Bathrooms and Kitchens are always the best place to start but dont over do it or you might not see the best return on your investment.
I hope this helps,Good Luck.

You should contact a Local Real Estate Agent to come to your home before spending monies remodeling that is not needed. Too many sellers do this and get no return

Anyone willing to give me a phone number so I may speak in detail about my home?
