I worked for ZipRealty in Colorado and was very successful!! Their computer program is awesome and does most of your work for you. They provide all your leads and you are considered an employee instead of an independent contractor. I am currently looking to see if ZipRealty is in SC as I just moved here and want to continue my Real Estate with ZipRealty. I know you would LOVE ZipRealty and your chances of being successful mulitply. Zip has an excellent website but I think it's for experienced Sales Reps,Agents and Brokers. I used to be an Agent with Zip but unfortunately, I did not receive the support or training as a Brand New Agent in the field and company. I resigned because I felt pressured by upper management to make sales,when I had actual clients for a sale, they were given away to other agents. Zip needs to revamp their training, support ,etc at the VERY BEGINNING of joining Zip. I would come back to be an Agent when I get some experience (the leads were great) and highly recommend them as far as buying/selling goes but if you are not experienced as an Agent,forget it. I still continue to use their site to browse for RE.

Zip is not in Indiana yet, but I work just across the border in the Chicago area in the Northwest and Northshore suburbs for ZipRealty. I have been with Zip since 2002 and in real estate for over 26 years. So I have seen almost everything during my career in real estate and ZipRealty is really different than the other brokerages.
Zip has one of the top 5 most visited real estate websites that drives leads to me.  Because our website and backend system do so much of the legwork for me, I have been able to close more deals than I ever could at my previous companies.  Also people at Zip are really nice and try to help agents find new ways to reach out to clients and do more business.
