I applied to be a lender on friday. I supplied my broker and brokerage id licences . The money was taken out monday. I was wondering when I could be approved. Should it be approved by now?

My approval took about 3 days, however I have heard if it taking a month.
Tom, there will plenty o deals left when you get yer approval.
mine took 2 weeks.......but the picture of me with my ankle bracelet and parole officer might have delayed the processs a little......:)
Tom - It can take weeks.
I applied on a Friday evening and the following Monday I was accepted. So it varies.
Thanks guys. Mine is public record. So I dont know why it takes so long. I dont work for a broker or banker. I have my own licences that are easy to find, even with a quick internet search.
The only thing I thought of is that I was behind a renewal, but i checked and they are current.
We have already approved you as a lender. You may already submit loan quotes on the site.
Go get em Tommy!!!
HERE COMES THE MORTGAGE PIRATE ............
Oh and EGOHASLANDED, Greg has some questions for you if ya have the time?
Welcome aboard Tom ..... I wanted to remind you earlier that the approval goes thru a 3rd party approval process (original understanding anyway).
I thought I would give it a whirl. I am going to be fairly selective in my quoting however.
Greg? Shoot me an email if you want to .
I dont expect to get a loan off zillow until October or more , chiefly because I will only quote requests where I can actually offer superior service. I might quote others where I have a niche product, but straight 30 conforming it will be basically within a 75mile radius of where I feel comfortable driving.
I average meeting my clients 3 times during the process and at closing (if they desire)
Which will limit my quotes to Brevard county or surrounding area. Its not a universal truth, but a basic rule.
So I will probably hit 100 quotes in 60 days type thing.
Now we can put your quotes under a microscope too :)
No problem E .......
But not for the sake of just doing it. Im certain 100 lenders will be chaffing at the bit to find mistakes with my quotes after all the complaining I have done.
And it will look good on me if I do make some fundamental error.
The thing with me is that I will not be quoting every 5min on anything i can , hoping to throw enough on the wall so something might stick.
So I wont be quoting a 500 fico 750 fico rates.
I wont be quoting investment properties as owner occ.
I will take 15min with each quote to make sure its accurate, and add in extra notes for other scenerios and other advise.
I know you will, just have to give you a hard time....
Did I mention I was sorry that I thought u didnt put down the FHA in your quote?
(trying hardest to suck up)
I have yet to close a loan off of Zillow, but I have talked to and app'd several people I have quoted. Unfortunately I have been unable to help each one. Either their credit isnt there, their income cant be proved, or they are looking for construction money. All I find myself doing on Zillow is advising clients on what needs to be done or who they need to be talking with. At least these people have a reliable source they can turn to for information. Glad to have you quoting on here. It definitely adds to the credibility this was sight SHOULD have.
= have not been able to help
It's all good Tom...
