You need to "claim" the property as the property owner. Then you can make any corrections required. There is no "customer service" at Zillow to do this for you.
My own home was listed in the wrong subdivision, wrong comparables, wrong number of floors, wrong year built, wrong square footage, and was undervalued by $200,000. I "claimed" my property using the Zillow system and was able to correct these issues myself.

yes it did sell for $230,000, I don't know why it is still showing up for sale.
