Since January 2009
I filled it all out yesterday morning and haven't recieved the confirmation email yet, is that normal? Or does it just take longer? Have checked the junk folder and nothing is there.

I filled out the request about a month ago, and a confirmation by some service was received about a week ago.
It might take some time if they're calling on every person who applied.

How long is it taking to get approved? I also didn't add the license number to my application will that hold things up? How can I send it in.
