Are No Doc loans still available for multi-family homes? If so, what bank or mortgage company?

Your safest bet is to work with some top rated Zillow lenders.  I would suggest a Zillow quote, but the quoting mechanism doesn't handle no doc loans well.

Never select a lender solely by someone in the blogs.

Yes I am a direct lender and are still doing No Doc loans on multi family homes. They require a substantial amount of equity.

We also have a "light documentation" product which will be based on projected market rent roll if it is a purchase.

I would be happy to answer any questions you might have.

Rich, if you are referring to 5+ Multi-family, there never was such an animal....  At one point in time on 1-4 unit there were No-Docs available. No More..... Good luck. ... Rudi
