Are There Any Wholesale Lenders Refinancing 2nd Mortgages?

I have a client who has a first and second lein on his primary residence.  While the first lein's rate is great, the second is fixed at 12%?  He wants to refinance the 2nd.  Any wholesellers out there doing these???
