Most of the leads I get are investors looking for property priced under $50,000. I cannot afford to help people in this price range.

I think you just need to be patient with it all. It is another way to get your name out to seller and buyers. I think ultimately it will pay off for most people. Zillow will only get bigger and the bigger the better it can pay off. Also the bigger the more expensive it becomes so get in while the prices are down.

I would be interested ot know what product you are purchasing. They have called and offered zip code advertising. It was much more expensive than what I pay for Realtor.com or Agent Pro with Trulia. Both of those have been excellent at generating closings for me.

Verdict is not in yet for me but to be honest I signed up about two months ago and wrote my first contract from a Zillow Lead just last week.

Hey Judy,
I am for sure. I have 23 reviews which are free and I was already getting my moneys worth. My area sales rep contacted me about the Premier Agent program. I HATE spending money so I put him through the wringer sending me stats working him on discounts and having local agents that participate e-mail me about it.
I signed up less than a month ago and get a ton of inquiries, most are low priced properties and do not come to fruition. I am having my first closing tomorrow directly from the program and have 3 more buyers that seem to be moving the right direction.

Are agents happy with the money they've spent advertising on Zillow?
