Are all houses that are for sale listed online?

I have been pre-approved but I really don't like anything that is for sale online in the neighborhood I want. Are there listings that the realtors havn't listed? I have not been working with a realtor,just looking on websites.

No, but the vast majority are, or make it online, at some point. Some faster than others. Of course some FSBOs will never be online. Some properties handled by REAs will never be online, because they sell too quickly to get uploaded.

Do you plan to buy a house based on a virtual tour? If not, you will need to have an REA to show you the property. If you are not finding anything you like, now may be the time to find an agent, to help you be sure you are seeing everything available. Shopping online for something most people refuse to buy without first seeing personally, leaves a lot to be desired.
