Are historical prices in local market reports adjusted for inflation?

In local market reports, when downloading both "chart data" or "full report" there is historical housing price data that usually goes back to 2000. I'm wondering if those prices are adjusted for inflation in any way (i.e. shown in 2010 real dollars)?
