Are people living outside the US able to apply for refinancing with you.

The average Australian variable rate mortgage (ARM) is 6.8%. The ability to refinance with you would mean a drop of about half my current payment but I am unsure if I can qualify as I am not a citizen or a resident of America. All forms I have seen for qualification all say to put in a zip code and as I can't it won't accept me.

On Zillow we only quote on homes in the United States. I would suggest talking to a bank in Australia  about your scenario.
