Yes-- the association allows pets. They are wonderful about maintaining the townhouses and do an excellent job keeping up the exterior as well as snow and leaf removal. It is definitely maintenance free living-- perfect for everyone!!

Yes!! We are only a couple miles from the Meridian Mall as well as Eastwood Towne Center which is a fabulous outdoor mall. There is also a Target, Meijer, Walmart, Home Depot, Toys R Us, Kohls, Marshalls very close as well as other grocery and specialty stores. We have tons of excellent restaurants nearby as well as movie theaters.

We are only about 5 minutes from Michigan State University so it is extremely easy to get to. We are also on the CATA bus route that goes directly into campus.
