For Rumbling Bald Resort, there is a one time $6500 initiation fee and the hassociation fee is $1873 per year. The ammenities include 2 championship golf courses, two outdoor swimming pools, an indoor pool with hot tub and sauna. It also has 4 lighted tennis courts, basetball courts and a miniature golf course on site.
