Are there agents that sell mobile homes that are not in a park. How can I find them
I have been looking for a house but what they are showing me is junk and 100 years old with no insulation and bad wiring> So I think of mobile home on some land> 1990 or newer please. im in Warren Ohio but want to move to surrounding towns. can you help

Hey Penny,

    If you run into problems on the financing check out AFR.  They are the only lender I can think of that does FHA loans on manufactured/mobile homes on a permanent foundation.  Make sure you budget and extra $400-$600 to get the foundation inspected.  This will be required over and above the $400 appraisal fee.
