There are also 100-percent loans up to $650,000 for portfolio loans held by the bank. A client recently got one at a rate below 6-percent.
So, if you want to find the loans, you have to give us a bit more information about the purchase price and other information about the property and location. Because all of these factor into the loan type available.

If you are simply looking for 100% financing, then check out a USDA product (must be in the USDA geographical area - where in NC, we have many).
If it is to avoid PMI, then that is a different story as already mentioned in the other posts.

It also depends on what type of property you are looking to finance -- primary residence vs. second/vacation home vs. investment. If it is either of the latter two you won't find 80/15.
Unfortunately, there aren't many. Is there a particular reason that you are looking for an 80/15? If it is to avoid private mortgage insurance (PMI), one option is to do Lender Paid MI, where you take a higher interest rate and the PMI is built into the rate.
There are some additonal mortgage products that offer reduced PMI, subject to income limits. Feel free to contact me to review your options!

Are there and lenders in North Carolina that do 80/15 loans? We have excellent credit!
