Are there any anti-house flipping laws in Pennsylvania?

My wife and I are having SERIOUS buyer's remorse about a property we just closed on last week in Pennsylvania.

Are there any anti-house flipping laws that prevent us from immediately reselling?  (I know that we will lose the closing costs and other monies we have spent...)

EDIT: We financed it but through a conventional loan and not an FHA, etc.

Yes read your loan papers. And if it was hud  or bank owned
there also may be a period of no sale.
Other than that you should be good to go.
If you need  a realtor in your area let me know.
Thanks

I would read through your loan documents thoroughly. Some loans do have penalties for paying off your loan within a certain timeframe, etc. that may impact your decision.

Also, was the property distressed in any way or sold with ownership restrictions? Why do you not care for the property?

Did you finance the purchase? I might be more concerned with limitations/clauses in your note.
