Are there any buyers interested in condos anymore?

We are one of those many suckers that didn't sell when we should have. Now we are paying the price. Is it just me or is there just no buyers for condos?

It depends on the neighborhood. If you look at St Louis as a whole, condos are not a large portion of sales, but other neighborhoods are dominated by condos and condo buyers. For example... Downtown is basically 100% condos, and Central West End has at least twice as many condo sales as single family homes.
They are out there. Things really tend to pick up in the spring all around the city. Condos are still popular with all different kinds of buyers - first timers, downsizers, etc.
Good luck with your sale!

I agree with Kyle. Finding a good realtor is the key to selling your home. Make sure you get one that has a proven record of selling condos because it is a little more tricky than selling a home. Make sure they have a nice Open House and maybe even get a lender who can do an on the spot approval or make brochures that show financing options for the condo. Best of luck to you!

Condos can potentially be a great purchase for the first-time home buyer, or the buyer who doesn't want to deal with the care of a yard/lawn, etc.  It is true that condos do not have as big of a market share as single family homes.  However, they do still sell!

I would recommend consulting with a Realtor if you are not already listed.  A Realtor can use their expertise of the surrounding market and its conditions to review relevant data to help with the correct pricing of your property.  Pricing your property right, even in this down market, is essential to getting it sold!

Good luck!
