Are there any lenders offering an 80 10 10 jumbo mortgage in Oregon?

I have excellent credit and income and am looking at homes in the $1M-$1.3M price range.

There are some offering piggy-back financing to 90% CLTV or "combined loan to value", either same investor or split up if necessary for loan terms.  You might also consider a lender offering 90% one-loan as some non-agency lenders will go up to 90% with no private mortgage insurance for Jumbo financing.  The 80/10/10 is usually a program that is targeted if the first mortgage can avoid going over the conforming loan limit, but that would not be the case here.

I also know of a fund that will match a 10% down equity position in return for 40% of the appreciation on sale.  No payments until sale and you get the benefits of 20% down with only 10% of it yours. .  More details of course, but let me know if you'd like information on a Portland lender who is accustomed to working with this fund.
