I can't speak for Trulia, but Zillow has 4+ million homes for sale and 160,000+ homes and apartments for rent. We also have a lot of listings you will not find anywhere else: 155,000 + Make Me Move listings, and for-sale-by-owner (FSBO) properties.
But, Zillow is much more than listings. We are a database of more than 100 million homes--that's nearly every home in the country. This living database of all homes, not just homes for sale, makes Zillow a great resource to learn more about real estate---whether you're buying, selling, renting, currently own a home, or are just searching around for fun.
