Yes, their will be more and more foreclosures and shorts coming on the market. As the others wrote the banks have lot of inventory and will be liquidating it. More and more people are also being educated on short sales and the advatanges they may have for distressed home.

Yes there will be many short sales and foreclosures coming on the market. The goverment does not want the banks to release them all at once because it would have a negative impact on an already struggling market as well as force property valuves down.
