In Hawaii, the maximum loan amount for Jumbo FHA is $793,000. Only 3.5% down
payment required plus closing cost. Do you know of any with no down payment?

No, only VA loans afford no money down. However, Homepath is a vehicle for buying Fannie Mae REO's that only requires 3% down. That is the best I've seen on Kauai. Mortgage programs and rates change daily so It's always good to check with a reliable and current lender.
