Are these Closing Costs for $76K Loan in MN high?

I have a 769 credit score and they gave me an interest rate of 3.375%, conventional over 15 years. I just saw the detailed quote they gave me today and my APR is 3.974% which seems pretty high to me considering my loan amount if $76,000 since I am putting 20% down. Can I please get some opinions on these fees?

Processing Fee: 550
Underwriting Fee: 100
Lender Fee: 420
Doc Handling Fee: 210
Origination Fee: 760
Total for origination: $2,040

Lender's Title Policy: 750
Owner's Title Policy: 275
Other: Real Estate Title Bundled Fee: 595
Total Title Charges: $1,620

Total Recording Charges: 279

Appraisal Fee: 420
Credit Report Fee: 30
Other: Realtor Admin Fee: 395

My total estimated costs are 4,797 on a 76,000 loan.

well I am in another state so I'm not truly qualifed to respond.  the Origination fees are what I would question if you were here.
Focus on questioning those with your lender.

I'm prompting some folks from MN to come see this question and respond.
