Are these houses really for rent, for the prices listed, in the locations mentioned?

I've been looking for home rentals everywhere and these seem very enticing; the price and location seem to be ideal, too good to be true.

Too good to be true is often too good to be true.   Make sure you read the FAQ on scams and internet fraud linked on every rental listing.    Another possibility is that people are putting weekly vacation rental prices on properties, although against Zillow's terms of use.
