I think it all depends on if the lending stays at the wonderful levels they are at. It will also create the feeling of investment again...

If it does, the last few years have taught almost everyone that the market will come to a screeching halt followed by a drop in prices to restart it.  If incomes won't support housing prices, housing prices will adjust.
