Are you able refinance a FHA loan again and keep lower monthly premiums? see details below

We purchased a home in 2008 with an FHA loan, we were able to do a no cost  FHA refinance in June this past year because of the reduced monthly premiums since we closed our first loan before the June 2009 Mark.  My question is: if we refinanced again (since rates are even lower) would we be able to keep our lower monthly(0.55 I believe) premiums or would they go to the higher monthly premiums?

No, the grandfathered MI is based on the most recent endorsement date, yours will in 2012. You can streamline again if you meet all other requirements however your MI rates will be based on the current levels.
