Hi Faisal, I'm sorry it took so long to get back to you, but the interested party has not responded. I think she was looking for a deal. She said that she had looked at it before, but that she thought it was priced too high. Considering what you paid for it, I told her that I doubted if you would come down much on the price. If you are still interested in listing, let me know and I will give you a call. I didn't want to bother you with a phone call until I had heard back from the potential buyer.
