Are your property value estimates the same as "automated value" lenders use? What's the difference?

Automated is not as detailed as having an actual Appraiser come out. Automated is just a computer search of recent home sales (I'm simplifying this). Automated, aka AVM's, are not preferred or may not even be accepted with Lenders.

AVM's are for use with super high credit scores, very low loan to value situations.
