There are definitely many options available.  While many clients won't even consider some options, that is fine as long as they know, and have hopefully seen, everything that is for sale right now!

Todd, what are your buyers looking at? Most of mine are looking at resale, in fact I'd say only 25% of mine have looked at new construction over the last 2 months.
