As a homeowner, how do you make changes affecting zestimate of the housei reported on the listing?

The reported low range of the zestimate is at least $100,000 too low.  The house has updated kitchen, bathrooms, windows, doors and hardwood floors.  Please advise.
Thank you in advance for your consideration.

As the Zestimate uses only the basic home facts, room number, size, lot size, location, perhaps the Zillow feature you need to explore is the "owner's estimate" as none of the upgrades are part of the Zestimate calculation.
