Ask our community...

We had a listing on our MLS that was input wrong and corrected immediately but it showed up as a 100,000 reduction!  Please help me get this resolved so that it does not show as a reduction - or can it show as a new listing if I copy the listing and make it new and delete the old listing?  How can we get this off!!! The listing is 2571 Alma - listing #119398.  We really need an answer today as the clients are not happy!

I don't think you can change or remove that information from the price history. But perhaps you can reduce or increase the price today by $1,000, or whatever, and only the last price change will show at the top. So per example, if you reduce the price to $268,000 when they search your listing on zillow they will see a $1,000 price reduction instead of $100,000. However, if they scroll down and look at the "price history" it will still be there.

That's great! I didn't know that could be possible, but it's good to know for future reference that zillow staff can fix these kind of problems.

Maybe if you call the mls board they can fix that in the mls too. :)
