Carol, Zillow only applies Zestimates to residential real estate. If you are interested in what the appraised value of a commercial property would be, I would suggest contacting an appraiser that performs commercial appraisals and have the property appraised. MInd you, the appraised value does not necessarily dictate what someone would be willing to pay for it should you be looking to sell but rather give you an indication of the market value.

Definitely get a commercial appraisal. Keep in mind that a commercial appraisal is not like a residential appraisal in that it is much more in depth and of course the cost is anywhere form 5 to 8 time more than a residential appraisal. If you hire a reputable and competent commercial appraiser you will be not only be getting an opinion of of the market value but also a detailed market analysis of your market. The report should consist of valuable detailed information that should assist you in making informed decisions. The fees of commercial appraisals might seem expensive but what you are paying are is for the time taken to do the research and the analysis of that research by a qualified individual with an understanding of the market and those factors effecting the market. I promise you it is money well spent.
