What a nice home you have! The interior is stunning. Very nice kitchen.
Have you advertised it in any homes magazines that get national coverage? Has it been listed with a Realtor in the past?

I couldn't see the driveway entrance in the pictures to get a driving up impression. I'm guessing you contracted the building yourself? Seems like it is priced well to me.
