John - Thank you for the suggestions. Reviews on Yelp are very helpful and we may have found someone. Trulia reviews are numerous but the site is hard to navigate for this purpose.

There isn't such a website. Once you select the Realtor you want to work with, you can check with the local board of Realtors if they have had any disciplinary actions against them. You can also check the Texas Real Estate Commission http://www.trec.state.tx.us/complaintsconsumer/DiscipActions.asp
I would also suggest to google the name of your Realtor.
