Good for you for being so vigilant. I would be surprised if manually inputted data like that actually affected the zestimate (zestimates are so whacky anyway, they're meaningless). Anyway, agents inputting data on zillow is considered advertising and if you have a few examples, you should print them out or email them to the NJ real estate commission. they do care about that stuff and if they find a pattern from a specific office they can investigate and go after them.

BUYER BEWARE of ZESTIMATES in Princeton Twshp -
So far, I've seen 2 houses - one "officially" listed as 2,100 sq feet, modified to 30,000 sq feet; and another "officially" listed as .69 acres changed to 12 acres!!!
ALWAYS check the "HOME INFO" - do NOT let real estate agents get away with this! I have already reported two homes listed by Prudential (one out of the princeton office and one out of the princeton junction office) to ZILLOW.COM - if you see this on other postings, please "FLAG" the posting to Zillow.com.
THIS IS NOT JUST UNETHICAL, it is just disgusting - mis-leading both home owners and buyers as to the alleged "value" of the homes. SHAME ON YOU, to those agents who are using this technique.
