Banks

Are the banks holding foreclosed homes back from the market in order to inflate the price. I live in an area where the foreclosures are high in number. Trying to get any info on these homes is very difficult. If there are as many homes as they say why are they making so hard to puschase one?

Banks do not want to hold homes. They need to get them off their books as soon as possible. Like a homeowner, banks have to maintain a property, pay insurance and taxes. They are loosing more money every day they hold a property.
