What is the square footage for each bedroom?  Is the basement considered the family room?  Are there two fireplace?  Is there an attic? And, is there central air?

The square footage for the bedrooms are 20'9" x 13 x 6 & 12'3" x 11' 10" & 12' 6" x 11' 10". Yes the basement does a finished area that is considered the family room. The living has a brick fireplace and there is a gas log stove in the family room. Yes, there is an attic, and yes there is central air. If you have any other questions please feel free to call me.
