Don't buy the house. The house is not worth the money. Why?
Here is why:
1. If you are buying it for your home, you are breaking the number one home rule, "Your home is your sanctuary". If the home was Bernie's , the place will never be a proper sanctuary for you or your family. So bypass it and go elsewhere.
2. You just never know how many unhappy Bernie victims would be coming by your house, even after it is no longer "bernie's". That would make for an unhappy home.
3. AND you might have trouble selling it also, should you later want to sell it.
If they were selling the house for 100 dollars, it still would not be worth the money.
So there you go.
Bypass that house.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view. I just wish his ethics were as good as his taste.

There are a whole lot of people who deserve to have that house just handed to them after what he stole. Beautiful home, though. Someone should send a photo of the home to him in his jail cell every week.
